Heath Cotton | Flooring By Design

Heath Cotton

Vice President and Sales Manager

Heath is a United States Air Force veteran and graduate of Northern High School. While enlisted, Heath supported the C-130 gunship at Cannon Air Force base New Mexico. Heath has taken his military background and applied it to his role in customer service, abiding by the same moral values that were instilled in him. He strives to provide the best customer service experience possible. Heath resides in Durham, NC with his wife Amanda and daughter Harper.

Malcolm Davis

Sales Consultant

Malcolm is a resident of Youngsville, where he lives with his wife Brianna, son Marcus, and daughter Adelyn. Malcolm attended Bunn High School and Wake Tech Community College for Elect Engineering Technology. Malcolm has been in sales for the past six years and thoroughly enjoys being able to help people. In his free time, he runs a youth mentoring program through his church called “Rising Sons."

Kaylan Oakley

Sales & Design Consultant

Kaylan is a resident of Timberlake and has lived in Person County all her life. She is a Person High School graduate but is currently enrolled at the Interior Design Institute, where she is completing courses to work towards her Interior and Architectural Design degree. She has always had an eye for design and enjoys assisting her clients with selections and pairing. Kaylan struggles with being a perfectionist but has learned to use this as strength when paired with her artistic taste. When she isn’t dedicating her time to Flooring by Design, she enjoys making home improvements, relaxing by the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dave Walker

Sales Consultant

Dave is a resident of Apex and has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He is passionate about building and has sold flooring for the last 7 years. He's very knowledgeable about products and their warranties and he strives to give all customers the best service. In his free time, Dave enjoys watching sports and cheering on the Wolfpack. He has a son named Corey.
